Today’s City Magazine editor’s thoughts on the ‘Androgyny’ cover: ‘Once upon a time, androgyny was a sign of progress, openness, neatness, and decency. Of course today androgyny still exists, but its association with these qualities is almost nonexistent. Maybe it is not an issue with whether boys are boys, girls are girls, but rather that the association is no longer relevant with progress, openness, neatness, and decency.’
