In view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus infection, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), after careful consideration of the need to protect the health and safety of local residents, visitors, performing groups and working staff, has decided to cancel the Cathay Pacific International Chinese New Year Carnival, which was scheduled to be held from 25 January to 28 January 2020
