Sight is our most dominant sense. But how can theatre artists use other senses to develop work and communicate with the audience?
For the past 20 years, Barcelona based theatre ensemble, Teatro de los Sentidos (“Theatre of Senses”), have been creating innovative works that open the boundaries between theatre and audience using experimental methods of corporeal and sensorial communication.
The 6 day long workshop will be a journey of self-discovery, exploring the possibilities of unlocking your other senses and opening yourself up to the world. Participants will experience a unique creative process based on the research made by Theatre of Senses on game, memory of the body, sensorial language and poetics of experience.
The workshop is suitable for theatre practitioners, medical practitioners, psychologists, psychology academician, art therapists and designers
