    Is the membership only valid from 1st January to 31st December?

    Your membership is valid for 12 months starting from your sign-up date. For example, if you join on 6 March 2018, your membership will be valid until 5 March 2019.

    How can I renew my membership?

    Existing members will receive an email with instructions on renewing their membership online. If a membership renewal is received after the membership has expired, the new expiry date of the membership will be one year after the renewal date. If you have missed the renewal email and would like to renew your membership, please contact us.

    How do I sign up for M+ Pioneers?

    The easiest way to join is to sign up online. Our M+ Pavilion staff are also able to assist you to sign up online. Once the online payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Is the membership fee refundable?

    Membership fees are non-refundable.

    Are all members’ events open to guests as well?

    For most member events, such as exhibition previews and curator tours, members may bring along one guest. If events are open to members only, this will be clearly indicated in email notifications or on the M+ Pioneers Upcoming Events page of our website. If you have queries about particular events, please contact us for clarification.

    Is the shuttle bus service free and do I need to reserve a seat?

    When available, the shuttle bus services for our events are free of charge. Seat reservations are not required, however, to help us with our planning, please indicate your preferred time for the shuttle bus service when RSVP’ing.

    Do you offer corporate membership?

    We hope to offer corporate membership in the near future. If you would be interested in this option, please send us an email and we will contact you when it is available.

    My contact information has changed since I signed up for membership, what should I do?

    If your contact information has changed, simply call or email us at (852) 2200-0004 or mpluspioneers@mplus.org.hk and we will help you to update your details.

    Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

    Unfortunately M+ Pioneer memberships are non-transferable.

    Can I still go to members’ event if I have not signed up for it?

    For last-minute enquiries, please call (852) 6900 2626 and we will let you know if there are places available.

    Does this membership entitle me to discounts and privileges at other facilities in the West Kowloon Cultural District?

    M+ Pioneers discounts and privileges apply to M+ only.
