This October as autumn breeze replaces summer heat, Freespace Happening transforms West Kowloon’s Nursery Park into an outdoor cinema, screening two films dedicated to music legends, John Lennon and Bob Marley. ‘Nowhere Boy’ on 10th October, tells the story of John Lennon before the Beatles; while ‘Marley’, on 11th October documents the life and music of the reggae legend.
Local musicians including C AllStar, Eman Lam, Pong Nan, Jing Wong, Subyub Lee and Sensi Lion etc. will respond to the films musically. Freespace Happening will also feature themed attractions such as vintage craft stalls, DIY workshops, dance performances and more starting from 2pm.
So come along, kick back, relax and enjoy music and movies under the stars in the heart of Hong Kong.
