The co-production of Simon Says by Unlock Dancing Plaza (Hong Kong) and the National Choreographic Center of Le Havre Normandy (France) is part of an on-going collaborative creation project facilitated by the West Kowloon Performing Arts Department that began in 2015.

During the talk, which takes place at TPAM (Performing Arts Meeting in Yokohama) and is organised under the umbrella programme “TPAM Exchange”, the panel will discuss the unique creation process and share their experiences of the co-production, giving insight into negotiation on artistic leads, artistic capacity development, resources, partnership, producer roles, circulation and ownership. They will also identify and discuss some of the gaps in the current infrastructure norms for co-production.
