The much anticipated Ryuichi Sakamoto feat. Shiro Takatani: dis·play scheduled on 3 and 4 April 2020 at Freespace in the West Kowloon Cultural District will be rescheduled to 11 and 12 September 2020. The programmes are being rescheduled to ensure the safety of the public, audiences, performers and staff members under the current situation. Fans will have to wait a little longer for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience Sakamoto’s inspiring audio-visual work at Freespace.

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the Authority) will re-issue tickets of Ryuichi Sakamoto feat. Shiro Takatani: dis·play for the new dates on 11 and 12 September 2020. All ticket holders will be contacted directly by email or phone for rearrangement details starting from 3 March 2020. Asia Miles members who have redeemed tickets with miles will receive email notification from Asia Miles by 6 March 2020 for rearrangement.

Ryuichi Sakamoto said, ‘It has been many years since I’ve performed in Hong Kong and I’ve been longing to meet you all again. I’m looking forward to bringing this performance to you in September. We can overcome these tough times by standing together. Stay well, stay strong, and see you soon in Hong Kong!’

The film screenings of Your Face and the post-screening talk on 1 and 2 April 2020 will also be rescheduled to 9 and 10 September 2020. Registered audiences will receive email notification for rearrangement with new event dates from 3 March 2020.
