The Consultation Panel of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) will hold its twenty-seventh meeting on 15 November (Thursday) at 3:00pm. The agenda items are as follows:
- Progress Report of the Working Group on Youth and Community Engagement
- Update on the development of the Xiqu Centre
The meeting will be opened to the public and will be held at the Board Room, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Units 608-613, Level 6, Core C, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong.
Members of the public interested in observing the meeting in the Public Viewing Room at WKCDA are advised to make advance booking of seats before 6pm, 14 November (Wednesday) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel at 2200 0217 during office hours (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Members of the public are required to provide their names and contact numbers for booking. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive before 3:15pm on that day; otherwise the seat will be released to persons on the waiting list.
A Media Viewing Room will be arranged for media representatives. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
The agenda and papers of the meeting is posted on the West Kowloon Cultural District website (www.westkowloon.hk) and will be made available to the public at the meeting.
