The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) and Prequalification is to ascertain the nature and extent of interest from prospective tenants which shall be not-for-profit visual culture organisations, on a non-committal basis, in leasing the Premises for office uses. Prospective tenants are welcome to outline their interest to lease the Premise and share their organisational background, how they fulfil the competency and qualification requirements and the tenancy requirements to enable M Plus Museum Limited (“M+”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the “Authority”), to register their interest and to shortlist the prospective tenants for participating in the selection process in Stage 2.

Submission Lodgement and Closing Time
All EOI submissions must be sent by post or delivered by hand, and MUST reach the following address no later than 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the closing date Friday 15 November 2019:

Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions will not be accepted via email or facsimile.
Any enquiries about a submission of a response to this document must be made before 5:00 p.m. on Friday 1 November 2019 (Hong Kong Time) in writing to M+ by email to the following address:

Nether the Authority nor M+ shall be bound to shortlist the best, highest mark, or any prospective tenants who have made submissions. The Authority and/or M+ reserve the absolute right to include any prospective tenants in the list of shortlisted prospects at the sole discretion of the Authority and/or M+.
Neither the Authority nor M+ shall be liable to pay any costs arising out of or incidental to any preparation and submission for, or enquiry about, or cancellation of the EOI process.
