The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to ascertain the nature and extent of interest from restaurants, cultural and creative operators, on a non-committal basis, for operating restaurants and retail units in the P39B Commercial tower and upper floors of M+ (14/F – 16/F). Prospective tenants are welcome to express their interest to lease the premises and share their concept for the premises, so as to enable the Authority to register their interest and to shortlist prospective tenants for participating in the selection process in Stage 2.
The submission of an EOI is not a pre-requisite for shortlisting prospective tenants to Stage 2. The Authority reserves the right to invite any other prospective tenants who have not made any EOI submission to participate if deemed appropriate by the Authority, using the same vetting and assessment process as stipulated in the EOI document.
