M Plus Museum Limited (“M+”) invites Contractors to express their interest to be prequalified for tendering for the contract to provide Outsourced Security Services for M+ Museum and the Conservation and Storage Facility at the West Kowloon Cultural District.
Contractors shortlisted via prequalification will be invited to submit tenders (including price and technical proposals) based on the tender documentation, including services specification, and requirements prepared by M+.
The commencement of the Services is tentatively scheduled on 1 July 2020.
Collection of Prequalification Documents:
Interested parties are required to express their interest by email to email@example.com with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address. Interested parties who have expressed their interest will be notified how to collect the Prequalification Documents.
Submission Lodgement and Closing Time:
All EOI and prequalification submissions in response to this Invitation for EOI and Prequalification must be sent by post or delivered by hand, and MUST reach the following address no later than 15:00 (Hong Kong Time) on the closing date of 30 September 2019. Submissions will not be accepted via email or facsimile.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this Invitation for EOI and Prequalification, including the preparation and/or submission of the tenders, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested contractors.
M+ reserves the right to accept the tender which M+ in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to M+. M+ does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid, or has the highest overall mark. M+ also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel the Invitation to Tender and to negotiate with any tenderer.
