West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“Authority”) invites suppliers to express their interest to be prequalified for tendering for the contract to supply, deliver and install office furniture (“Goods and Services”) to the Authority under any one or more than one of the following 6 tentative categories (each a “Category”). The Authority intends to appoint up to two (2) suppliers under each Category (i.e. up to 12 Suppliers in total for all 6 Categories) for provision of the Goods and Services on as-and-when required basis during a contract period of four (4) years.

Category 1: Office Tables and Benches, Partition and Pedestals
Category 2: Office Chairs
Category 3: Furnitures for Meeting Rooms (excluded in Category 1 & 2)
Category 4: Furnitures for Senior Executives (excluded in Category 1 & 2)
Category 5: Compactus, Metal Racks and Common Storage Cabinets
Category 6: Lockers

A maximum of five (5) Suppliers shortlisted for each Category of Goods via prequalification will be invited to submit tenders (including price and technical proposals) based on the tender documentation to be provided by the Authority at the tender stage.

Collection of Prequalification Document:
Interested parties are required to express their interest to the Authority by email to chloe.ng@wkcda.hk with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address.

Submission Lodgement and Closing Time:
All EOI and prequalification submissions in response to this Invitation for EOI and Prequalification must be sent by post or delivered by hand, and MUST reach the following address no later than 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the closing date of 31 December 2019. Submissions will not be accepted via email or facsimile.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation of any submissions, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested parties.

The Authority reserves the right to shortlist contractors which the Authority in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to the Authority. The Authority does not bind itself to shortlist any contractors irrespective of whether their submissions have achieved the highest overall marks. The Authority also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel this Invitation or to negotiate with any contractors.
