West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“the Authority”) invites qualified suppliers to submit offers for the provision of procurement support outsourcing services.
Descriptions of the requirement:
To support the venue opening of the M+ museum (“M+”) and the WKCDA headquarter building in 2020, as well as the increasing procurement needs along with the rapid organizational growth, the Authority intends to appoint a service provider (“Service Provider”) to provide procurement outsourcing services (“Services”) on an as-and-when-required basis during the services period to carry out the procurement projects. The Service Provider will be required to provide the Services on site at the Authority’s offices.
The service period will be six (6) months from the date of commencement date of the Services (tentatively in January 2020, subject to confirmation at the time of award of the Contract), with an option for the Authority to extend for up to two (2) months subject to the satisfactory performance of the Service Provider.
Collection of RFQ Documents:
Interested parties are required to express their interest by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address.
Submission of Offers:
Offer submission compiles of a Fee Proposal and a Technical Proposal in two (2) separate emails must be submitted to GPD@wkcda.hk on or before 1500 (Hong Kong Time) on 17 December 2019 (Closing Time).
LATE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of the offers, shall be entirely the responsibility of the suppliers.
WKCDA reserves the right to accept the offer which WKCDA in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to WKCDA. WKCDA does not bind itself to accept any offer irrespective of whether the offer is the lowest bid, or has the highest overall mark. WKCDA also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel the RFQ and to negotiate with any supplier.
