West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“WKCDA”) invites qualified suppliers to submit offers for the Provision of Travel Management Services.

Descriptions of the requirement:
West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the “Authority” or “WKCDA”) is a public body incorporated by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Ordinance. WKCDA seeks to appoint a travel management company (“TMC”) to provide travel management services including, but not limited to all types of travel bookings including air ticket, rail, ferry, hotel accommodation, car rental, airport transfer, etc., visa/passport application, and other travel-related services (“Services”) at WKCDA’s selection, based on each of the particular requirements as and when required during the Services Period, at the most cost effective way and in compliance with the WKCDA’s travel policy and guidelines.

Collection of Quotation Documents:
Interested parties are required to express their interest by email to christine.chan@wkcda.hk with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address.

Submission of Offers:
Offer submission compiles of a Fee Proposal and a Technical Proposal in two (2) separate emails must be submitted to GPD@wkcda.hk on or before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 8 January 2020 (Closing Time).

Enquiries must be emailed to christine.chan@wkcda.hk at or before 17:00 on 27 December 2019. Enquiries submitted after this time will not be answered.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the offers, shall be entirely the responsibility of the suppliers.

WKCDA reserves the right to accept the offer which WKCDA in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to WKCDA. WKCDA does not bind itself to accept any offer irrespective of whether the offer is the lowest bid, or has the highest overall mark. WKCDA also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel the RFQ and to negotiate with any supplier.
