M Plus Museum Limited (“M+”) invites suppliers to submit tenders for the Provision of Preventive Conservation Framing Services for M Plus Museum Opening Display.
M+ intends to appoint suppliers to supply the framing materials and framing services on an artist-series-by-series basis to M+ with the contract period of two (2) years.
A tender briefing will be held between 29 October 2019 to 30 October 2019 (tentatively). Interested tenderers are required to register on or before 12:00 noon on 23 October 2019. Arrangement details will be provided upon collection of the Tender Documents.
Collection of Tender Documents:
Interested parties are required to express their interest by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their company name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address. Interested parties who have expressed their interest will be notified how to collect the Tender Documents.
Submission Lodgement and Closing Time:
All submissions in response to this Invitation to Tender must be sent by post or delivered by hand, and MUST reach and be deposited in the tender box at the following address no later than 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the closing date of 18 November 2019.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this Invitation to Tender, including the preparation and/or submission of the tenders, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested tenderers.
M+ reserves the right to accept the tender which M+ in its sole discretion considers to be the most advantageous overall to M+. M+ does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid, or has the highest overall mark. M+ also reserves the right to suspend, not to proceed with or to cancel the Invitation to Tender and to negotiate with any tenderer.
