Ryuichi Sakamoto feat. Shiro Takatani: dis·play on 3-4 April 2020 (Friday-Saturday) at The Box, Freespace, has been rescheduled.

Ticketholders are welcome to attend in September at corresponding performances only, as set out below:

1) Patrons who CANNOT attend the corresponding rescheduled date may apply for a full refund, subject to the following procedure:

1a) Paper Ticket Holders (who have already collected their tickets):
Submit the completed and signed Refund Request Form for processing together with the ticket(s) at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office during business hours* no later than 31 May 2020.

If patrons are overseas/unable to submit their ticket(s) and Refund Request Form in person, they should contact our Ticketing Hotline (852) 2200 0022.

1b) Paper Ticket Holders (who have NOT collected their tickets):
E-mail (from the e-mail address used at the time of booking) the completed and signed Refund Request Form for processing to ticketinfo@wkcda.hk no later than 31 May 2020.

1c) E-ticket Holders
E-mail (from the e-mail address used at the time of booking) the completed and signed Refund Request Form for processing together with the e-ticket(s) to ticketinfo@wkcda.hk no later than 31 May 2020.

A full refund will be deposited to the same credit card account used to purchase ticket(s). We aim to complete refund processing as soon as possible, and no later than 31 July 2020. No refunds in either cash or cheque will be made.

Any refund requests received after 31 May 2020 may not be processed and we will assume patrons who have not requested a refund will attend the corresponding rescheduled performance in September. 

2) Ticketholders attending rescheduled dates must renew their tickets (seat numbers remain unchanged), subject to the following procedure:

2a) Paper Ticket Holders (who have already collected their tickets):
Bring the original tickets to the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office and/or Freespace Ticket Office during business hours*, for reissuing, between 1 August 2020 and the corresponding rescheduled September performance date.  

2b) Paper Ticket Holders (who have NOT collected their tickets):
The payment cardholder may collect tickets at Xiqu Centre and/or Freespace Ticket during business hours*, between 1 August 2020 and the corresponding rescheduled September performance date. The payment cardholder is required to present the payment credit card and transaction number to collect the tickets.

2c) E-Ticket Holders:
Patrons must retain the original booking confirmation e-mail issued on or after 13 January 2020. The new e-ticket can be downloaded easily and conveniently by clicking on the same link in the original booking confirmation e-mail, after 1 August. The new e-ticket will be activated AFTER 1 August and not available before that date. A reminder will be sent closer to the time, to ensure patrons have access to their reissued ticket for rescheduled September performances.

Please note that all tickets for the originally scheduled April performances are now void and invalid for entry. Patrons must ensure they have renewed their tickets before admission.

3) Asia Miles members who have redeemed tickets with miles will receive e-mail notification from Asia Miles by 6 March 2020 for rearrangement.

*In light of the current situation, the office hours of Xiqu Centre Ticket Office are now changed to 12nn to 8pm daily, Freespace Ticket Office is temporarily closed, and our Ticketing Hotline (852) 2200 0022 operates from 10am to 8pm daily. Any special opening arrangements will be available on our website.
