Ticketing arrangements for the reschedule of the event:
In line with the Government’s disease prevention and control measures, and to ensure the safety of the public, audiences, performers and staff members, “The Detective House of Agatha Christie” Series: Verdict on 14-23 February 2020 (Friday-Sunday) has been rescheduled.
Patrons are welcome to attend the corresponding rescheduled November date, as appears below, and will be admitted on their original tickets.

Patrons who CANNOT attend the corresponding rescheduled date may apply for a full refund, subject to the following procedure:
Tickets Booked via West Kowloon
Tickets purchased by Credit Card:
Application by email: Please email for processing the completed and signed Refund Request Form together with the scanned copies of the ticket(s) / e-ticket(s) to email@example.com on or before 15 April 2020.
Application in person: Please submit for processing the completed and signed Refund Request Form together with the physical ticket(s) / e-ticket(s) at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office during business hours* on or before 15 April 2020.
A full refund will be automatically deposited to the same credit card account. Refunds by credit card will be made within 6-8 weeks from 15 April 2020. No refunds in either cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by Credit Card.
Tickets Purchased by Cash / Octopus:
For refund processing please present the physical ticket(s) at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office during business hours* for the period between 9 March 2020 and 31 May 2020.
Cash refunds will be made at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office upon submission of a completed Refund Request Form with matched ticket(s). The ticket holder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
Any refund requests received after 31 May 2020 may not be processed and we will assume patrons who have not requested a refund will attend the corresponding reschedule performance in November.
