Ticketing arrangements for the cancellation of the event:

Xiqu Centre Guided Tours on 12-24 March 2020 have been cancelled. Ticket buyers are entitled to a full refund subject to the following procedure:

Tickets purchased by Credit Card:
A full refund will be automatically deposited to the same credit card account. Refunds by credit card will be made within 6-8 weeks from 2 March 2020. No refunds in either cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by Credit Card.

Tickets Purchased by Cash / Octopus:
Please present the physical ticket(s) at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office during business hours* for the period between 2 March 2020 and 31 March 2020 to process a refund.

Cash refunds will be made at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office upon submission of a completed Refund Request Form with matched ticket(s). The ticket holder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Any cash refund requests received after 31 March 2020 will not be processed.

*In light of the current situation, the office hours of Xiqu Centre Ticket Office are now changed to 12nn to 8pm daily, Freespace Ticket Office is temporarily closed, and our Ticketing Hotline (852) 2200 0022 operates from 10am to 8pm daily. Any special opening arrangements will be available on our website. You may also telephone ahead of your visit to confirm opening times. Ticketing arrangements for the cancellation of the event:

Xiqu Centre Guided Tours scheduled between 18 and 24 November 2019 are cancelled. Ticket holders are entitled to a ticket exchange or full refund subject to the following procedure.

Ticket Exchange
To exchange your ticket for an alternative date, please contact the West Kowloon ticketing hotline (852) 2200 0022 (Operating hours: Monday – Sunday 10am – 9pm) on or before 30 November 2019. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Once the exchange is confirmed, no further changes or refunds can be made.

Refund
If you cannot exchange your ticket on or before 30 November, you may apply for a full refund subject to the procedure below.

Tickets Purchased by Credit Card:
A full refund will be automatically deposited to the credit card account used to purchase ticket(s). Refund by credit card will be made within 6 to 8 weeks from 6 December 2019. No refund in either cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by credit card.

Please present the physical ticket(s) at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 10am – 9pm) for the period between 6 December 2019 to 5 January 2020 to process a refund.

Cash refunds will be made at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office upon submission of a completed Refund Request Form with matched ticket(s). The ticket holder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Any cash refund requests received after 5 January 2020 will not be processed.
