Freespace Happening is committed to providing a welcoming, accessible space that is open for everyone. This year, we collaborate with the Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) to help provide a range of services that ensure that visitors of all abilities are able to participate in and enjoy our events. Available at the Arts Accessibility Service Counter, these services include tactile maps, sign interpretation, audio description and free wheelchair rental service. All services are offered on a first come first served basis.
We all know the damage that plastic waste causes to the environment. To reduce the amount of plastic used at our events, Freespace Happening is collaborating with GO CUP to help visitors rent reusable cups for a small deposit of $50 per cup.
Freespace Happening fans can now take advantage of our newly updated Freespace Happening App! With its clean look and feel, the enhanced app allows you to personalise your homepage, explore programme line-up, receive real-time updates and essential info on the day, and register to join our markets and workshops – all with just a simple click. What’s more, the new Music Player function introduces some of the best indie music in Hong Kong – and you can listen whenever you want!
Download the app from App Store and Google Play for free now. The app is compatible with iOS and Android smartphones.
