Please submit the application form and then send in a cheque payable to “West Kowloon Cultural District Authority” (please write down your name and contact number at the back of the cheque for easy marking) on or before 13 July 2015 to Performing Arts Department, West Kowloon Cultural District with “Introductory Screendance Workshop” on the envelop.

The instructor will make a selection based on the application.  Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email before 20 July.  Cheque will be returned to unsuccessful candidates by end July.

Technical requirement:
Bringing a smart phone with video recording function is the basic requirement; video cameras or digital camera with video recording function, iPad, laptop with webcam and editing software are ideal.

Adverse Weather Arrangement: Programme will be cancelled if a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is still in force after 9am in the morning of the event date.
