1. When will be the Stage Dedication and Open Days?

The Stage Dedication and Open Days is from 30 December 2018 to 6 January 2019. 30 December 2018 is the Stage Dedication Day.

2. What kinds of free tickets will be offered during the Stage Dedication and Open Days?

We offer limited free tickets for 4 event types, performances at the Grand Theatre, Tea House Theatre, Seminar Hall as well as Guided Tours of the Xiqu Centre.

3. How many free tickets can I get for the Stage Dedication and Open Days?

Please note due to overwhelming response, starting from today to 6 January 2019 (Sunday), the free public tickets provided by the Xiqu Centre for on-the-day shows are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per person. All free public tickets for on-the-day shows will be distributed at the ticketing counters in Xiqu Centre at 10am everyday. First come first served, while stocks last.

4. Can I register free tickets through channels other than online registration?

No. All advance tickets will be offered online only.

5. If I am not able to register for free tickets online, is there any chance I can get any free tickets?

Yes. There will be a limited number of free tickets available at Xiqu Centre at 10am on the day of the each specific event, available on first-come-first-served basis.

6. What information do I have to provide to register the free tickets online?

For online registration, you must provide a valid email address upon registration. You will receive E-ticket(s) after successful registration for entry.

7. After successful registration, when will I receive the E-ticket?

A confirmation email with downloadable E-ticket(s) will be sent after successful registration. Please treat the E-ticket as you would a paper ticket.

8. Will multiple copies of the same E-ticket allow multiple person to use?

No. Each E-ticket can only be used once. The first admission using any ticket will be treated as valid and any subsequent tickets presented will be treated as invalid regardless of the holder’s identity. Please treat your E-ticket as you would a paper ticket.

9. What if I am a wheelchair user?

Except Guided Tours, some tickets at each performance are reserved specifically for wheelchair users. Please contact our Ticketing Hotline (852) 2200 0022 or email us at ticketinfo@wkcda.hk at least 24hours before the performance time so we can best assist you. Wheelchair ticket is on first come first serve basis, subject to the availability.
