Youth & Art Festival – Autumn, co-organized by Yau Tsim Mong District Organizing Committee on Cultural Arts Events and Yau Tsim Mong District Office, will be held on 14 September 2019 at West Kowloon Art Park Harborside Lawn. This festival aims to encourage the citizens to engage in diverse cultural activities and promote the appreciation of local arts. At the meantime, we hope to provide a platform for the creators to pursue their dreams.
