Celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival with your community at our special lantern-making workshops
Mid-Autumn Festival, or Lantern Festival, is a time when families come together to celebrate the full moon and enjoy lanterns and mooncake.
As part of our programme for residents of the Yau Tsim Mong community, we are offering district organisations the chance to participate in two special lantern-making workshops. Designed for children ages 6 to 11, each artist-led workshop guides participants through the process of creating their own traditional paper rabbit or mini starfruit lantern.
Both free-of-charge workshops require advance registration. This activity is not open for individual registration.
This event is sponsored by the Yau Tsim Mong District Office of the Home Affairs Department.
