• Visitors are required to wear masks, have their body temperatures checked, and clean their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitiser upon entry.
• Visitors are required to comply with the latest ‘Vaccine Pass’ requirements. The premises are not accessible to people under the ‘Red Code’.
• All visitors are required to wear face masks in all exhibition areas and maintain social distance throughout the exhibition area.
• In case of fever or respiratory symptoms, visitors should not enter the exhibition area and seek medical attention immediately. A person who has been in close contact with a confirmed or preliminary positive case of the COVID-19 virus in Hong Kong or overseas is prohibited from entering the exhibition area. On the scheduled appointment date, visitors may not enter the exhibition area if compulsory quarantine is in effect or if compulsory testing results are pending.
• A staff member appointed by the organiser will provide health advice at the venue; visitors who fail to comply with the health regulations will be asked to leave.
• Entry arrangements are subject to change, please pay attention to on-site announcements and follow the instructions of on-site staff.

• In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organiser reserves the right to change the opening hours.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the entry flow based on on-site traffic conditions.
• The organiser reserves the right to make video recordings or take photos of the event. Such footage or photographs may be used in promotional or publicity events or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the organiser. The visitors attending the event may be captured in the footage or photographs. The organiser has the right to use such footage and photographs throughout the world in perpetuity and in any media.
• The organiser strictly prohibits any sales, questionnaires and promotional activities conducted by non-reserved organisations at the venue. Once discovered, the organiser reserves the right to stop such conduct, confiscate relevant materials, and pursue legal action.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with the house rules, or to remove any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming from the venue.
• The organiser reserves the right of final decision regarding the event.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these admission rules, the English version shall prevail.

Christmas handicraft workshops, booths and meet-and-greet activities will be available for visitors to celebrate this joyous festival together. Please note the following arrangements:

• Santa Claus will meet and take photographs with visitors at the Santa Claus Lodge. Please follow the instructions of the onsite staff and maintain an appropriate social distancing.
• Participants of handicraft workshop must comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Handicraft Workshop.
• The Hong Kong Tourism Board is not responsible for the goods or services provided by the handicraft workshops and booths organised by the participating organisations.

The 2022 Hong Kong WinterFest Christmas Town will be suspended when the Hong Kong Observatory has issued the below warning: 

• Thunderstorm warning
• Red Rainstorm Warning or above
• Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above 

The Christmas Town will reopen after the cancellation of the signal.

The organiser may change the opening hours according to adverse weather.
