Accessibility and Inclusion

At West Kowloon, we value diversity and inclusion. To ensure that everyone can enjoy our arts and cultural programmes, we are committed to making the District accessible and creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors.

All public facilities at West Kowloon are accessible for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. We also offer a range of access services for our programmes. As part of West Kowloon’s commitment to promoting an inclusive society, a district-wide accessibility policy and the Accessibility Office were introduced in 2018, supporting departments and teams on various matters on accessibility across the District.

In 2019, following the opening and on-site assessment of the Xiqu Centre, Freespace and the Art Park, these venues were recognised on the Hong Kong Council of Social Service’s “List of Barrier-free Organisations”. For details of services available at specific venues and programmes, please refer to venue accessibility and programme promotional materials.

If you have any questions or feedback about accessibility at any of our venues, or require any information not mentioned on this site, please email our Accessibility Office at [email protected].
